My name is Roxanne Irey and this will be my 4th year as the principal of Roche-A-Cri Elementary. I came to RAC after 5 years of working as one of the special education teachers within the Adams Friendship High School. I went to college at UW-Oshkosh and then received my masters in Educational Leadership through Cardinal Stritch University. I am married and have 2 children, Morgan and Robert, a black lab, Abby, and a step-son who attends University of Arizona in Flagstaff. I love all the aspects of the outdoors, reading, spending time with my family, and taking long walks. I am enjoying all my experiences at RAC and the students and staff have a lot to offer.
Our wonderfully small school is located in the northwest part of Adams County. The staff prides itself on providing individualized attention and a caring, family-centered surrounding for each child. Our creative staff uses innovative ideas to help each child learn to the best of his/her ability. Our extremely supportive families help at school in many ways and are always there for their children.
We invite you to join us as a volunteer or as a guest at any of our programs or special events. Please feel free to stop in or call me at 608-339-3228, Extension 1601.
Learning is a Part of Us!
