Open Gym Is Closed for the Spring!

PLEASE NOTE: Open Gym ONLY runs on days that school is in session!

Weight Room Hours

The weight room is CLOSED during non-school days!

The weight room will be open to our community beginning September 4, 2012

Times of Service:

6:30 - 7:30 AM Monday

6:00 - 7:30 AM Tuesday - Friday

3:30-5:00 PM AFHS Students/Athletes ONLY

5:00 - 7:00 PM Monday through Thursday

Weight Room is closed on Friday PM

The weight room is open to high school students all the above times.

Walking Hours

PLEASE NOTE: The weight room is not necessarily open during AM walking hours.

Monday 6:30-7:30 AM

Tuesday - Friday 5:30-7:30 AM

There are no walking hours on non-school days, or when classes are not in session!
